St. Cloud flushing schedule October 21 - October 25

Crews contracted with Toho Water Authority (Toho) will be flushing water lines in targeted areas of the City of St. Cloud the week of October 21 - October 25. The flushing area listed below is where customers are likely to experience a temporary drop in water pressure and discolored water. Water pressure and clarity will return once flushing operations in the area are completed. Schedules may change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Toho offices will reopen Friday, October 11

Toho Water Authority (Toho) offices will reopen Friday, October 11. Service disconnections remain temporarily suspended during this hurricane recovery phase.

Customers experiencing water or sewer service impacts can report them by calling our customer service at 407-944-5000 or emailing customerservice@tohowater.com.

Toho is responding to impacted areas, no advisories have been issued at this time

Toho Water Authority (Toho) crews are currently assessing and responding to areas impacted by Hurricane Milton. At this time, no precautionary boil water advisories have been issued. 

Customers experiencing water or sewer service impacts can report them by calling our customer service at 407-944-5000 or emailing customerservice@tohowater.com.

Toho office closures, emergency response and storm preparation

Due to Hurricane Milton, Toho Water Authority (Toho) offices will be closed starting Wednesday, October 9 and will remain closed through at least Thursday, October 10 as part of its emergency operations phase. We have also temporarily suspended all service disconnections during our preparation and response to the storm.  Toho will continue to respond to water-related emergencies as long as conditions are safe to do so. Sunbridge area temporary water treatment change

Beginning October 14, 2024, Toho Water (Toho) will temporarily switch the disinfectant in the Sunbridge area public water system from chloramines to free chlorine for routine maintenance of water quality in the distribution system.

St. Cloud flushing schedule October 7 - October 11

Crews contracted with Toho Water Authority (Toho) will be flushing water lines in targeted areas of the City of St. Cloud the week of October 7 - October 11. The flushing area listed below is where customers are likely to experience a temporary drop in water pressure and discolored water. Pine Lake Drive area lane closures/shifts

Toho Water Authority is announcing the following lane closures and traffic shifts starting on September 30 for a sewer project (see map below):

Downtown Kissimmee lane closures and traffic shifts

Toho Water Authority is announcing the following downtown lane closures and traffic shifts starting on September 16 from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. for a sewer project:
