We’re expanding our local water network to better serve our growing community! Toho is extending potable (drinking) water pipelines along Old Pleasant Hill Rd., stretching from S. Doverplum Ave. to the Cypress Pkwy. This project will boost water capacity and ensure dependable, high-quality service for nearby homes and businesses.
