Neighbors in the Flow is Toho’s way of helping you and your community save water, reduce utility costs, and support a more sustainable future. This program connects local HOAs and communities with Toho’s water conservation experts. Our goal is to make water conservation practical and accessible for neighbors across Toho’s service area.

Neighborhood Tap In

We’ll host or attend your HOA meeting, bringing resources, refreshments, and giveaways to spark conversation around smart water use, irrigation, and more!

Conservation Stations

We will set up a pop-up station in your neighborhood with cold water and our conservation experts. They can provide irrigation tools and tips to help your community save. Residents can stop by anytime. Great addition to your community events.

Monthly Materials

Each month, we’ll send ready-to-share conservation content to HOA leadership to distribute through newsletters or email lists, making it easy to keep residents informed.
