Harmony Water Reclamation Facility Expansion

Caring for Our Green Spaces, Protecting Our Future

Toho is deeply committed to protecting our local environment and helping our beautiful community thrive. Water is a precious resource, and making the most of every drop helps keep our neighborhoods green, vibrant, and resilient for generations to come.

To better serve our community, we are thoughtfully expanding our Harmony Water Reclamation Facility to substantially increase the amount of reclaimed (recycled) water we can treat. Capacity will increase output from 750,000 gallons a day up to 1.2 million gallons (roughly two Olympic-sized pools).

What Will Improve?

  • Upsizing the pretreatment system to remove large solid materials from wastewater
  • Expanding the aeration and clarification capacities
  • Adding reuse storage and pumping capacity
  • Extending the reuse main
