Usage Credit Request

Toho provides a credit adjustment for the highest bill during the high consumption period for qualifying leaks, pool fills or unexplained high consumption. Customers can apply once during a rolling 12-month period.

The increased usage must be at least 10,000 gallons more than the highest usage from the past year or twice the average usage from the past year. 

What does not qualify for an adjustment:

• Water softener issues
• Irrigation timer issues
• Forgetting to turn off a hose
