Rates and Fees

Toho strives to provide you with some of the lowest rates in Central Florida. The inside and outside water consumption is measured in gallons and billed per thousand gallons used on a monthly basis. Any partial thousand-gallon increment is not billed in the current month and will be applied toward the following month’s consumption. Please see our current rate schedule below.
