Poinciana area precautionary boil water advisory

7.30.26 @ 6:50 p.m. - Repairs have been completed. The precautionary boil water advisory is in effect.

###

7.30.26 - Once repairs are complete, a precautionary boil water advisory will be in effect for customers in the Poinciana area (see map below).

This is due to a water line break in the area. A timeline for completion of repairs has yet to be determined. The precautionary boil water advisory will be in effect until lifted by Toho.

As a precautionary measure, customers are advised to boil their water for one minute prior to consumption (drinking, cooking, making ice, brushing teeth or washing dishes). This includes filtered water. As an alternative bottled water may be used. Water used for laundry or bathing/showering does not need to be boiled.

Regulatory testing is required to make sure the water meets drinking water standardsAn update will be provided by Sunday, August 2.

For more information, contact Toho’s customer service at 407-944-5000.
