St. Cloud area flushing November 13 -15

Crews contracted with Toho Water Authority (Toho) will be flushing water lines in targeted areas of the City of St. Cloud from November 13 through November 15. Work will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Customers may experience a temporary drop in water pressure and a change in water color during this time. Schedules may change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. The flushing activities will take place between the boundaries of 6th Street and 14th Street and Pennsylvania Avenue and Wyoming Avenue highlighted in red on the map seen below.

U.S. 192 Street closures starting November 12

Toho Water Authority is announcing the following closures starting on November 12 for a sewer project:

St. Cloud area flushing November 12 -15

Crews contracted with Toho Water Authority (Toho) will be flushing water lines in targeted areas of the City of St. Cloud from November 12 through November 15. Work will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Customers may experience a temporary drop in water pressure and a change in water color during this time. Schedules may change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Toho offices to close in observance of Veterans Day

Toho Water Authority’s (Toho) administrative office in Kissimmee and the Customer Service Center in St. Cloud will be closed Monday, Nov. 11, in observance of Veterans Day. Regular business hours will resume at 8 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 12.

Elese Drive sewer project starts November 7

Toho Water Authority is announcing work along Elese Drive starting on November 7 for a sewer project.

The project is expected to be completed in about a week. Please be advised that construction schedules may change due to weather and unforeseen circumstances. Access will be provided for local traffic and emergency services.

The project is designed to upgrade the sewer facilities in the area.

West Vine Street closures starting November 4

Toho Water Authority is announcing the following closures starting on November for a sewer project:

Sunbridge area: Conclusion of temporary water treatment change

Beginning Monday, November 4, 2024, Toho Water Authority (Toho) will return to using chloramines as the disinfectant used in your public water system. This process takes approximately 5 to 7 days concluding the routine maintenance of using free chlorine as a disinfectant in the distribution system. The documents section on this page includes the notice mailed to customers. 

St. Cloud flushing schedule November 4 - November 8

Crews contracted with Toho Water Authority (Toho) will be flushing water lines in targeted areas of the City of St. Cloud the week of November 4 - November 8. The flushing area listed below is where customers are likely to experience a temporary drop in water pressure and discolored water. Water pressure and clarity will return once flushing operations in the area are completed. Schedules may change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Pleasant Hill water main project

Toho Water Authority will be installing a water line along the west side of Pleasant Hill Road from Brighton Lakes Boulevard-Granada Boulevard to Oak Point Boulevard-Eagle Lake Boulevard starting on October 16, 2024. This work will upgrade the water facilities for customers in the area.

St. Cloud flushing schedule October 28 - November 1

Crews contracted with Toho Water Authority (Toho) will be flushing water lines in targeted areas of the City of St. Cloud the week of October 28 - November 1. The flushing area listed below is where customers are likely to experience a temporary drop in water pressure and discolored water. Water pressure and clarity will return once flushing operations in the area are completed. Schedules may change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
