Road closure on 16th Street and lane shift on Vermont Avenue

8.21.26 @ 7:15 a.m. - Crews have completed water line repairs and both 16th Street and Vermont Avenue have been reopened.

A road closure is in effect for 16th Street in St. Cloud. In addition, there is a lane shift in the northbound lane of Vermont Avenue (see map below). The closure and lane shift are necessary to conduct water line repairs. 

An estimated time of completion has yet to be determined. Schedules could vary according to weather and other unforeseen circumstances.

8.22.26 @ 9 a.m. - The precautionary boil water advisory has been lifted. Customers are no longer advised to boil their water prior to consumption. Water filters do not need to be cleaned or replaced.

San Lorenzo Road and San Miguel Road sewer assessment

Toho Water (Toho) will be conducting an assessment of the sewer system in the areas of San Lorenzo Road and San Miguel Road starting on Monday, August 24 (see map below). The assessment is necessary to gather information for the needed repairs on the area’s sewer system.

08.17.26 – Toho Water Authority (Toho) customers located at the odd numbered addresses of 4425-4499 W Vine Street will experience a disruption of their water service starting at 12 a.m. on Friday, August 21 (see map below).

Cayman Cove Circle reclaimed irrigation service disruption

8.17.26 - Service has been restored to reclaimed irrigation service on Cayman Cove Circle.

Customers on Cayman Cove Circle in St. Cloud may be experiencing disruptions to reclaimed irrigation service. This is due to a contractor conducting work in the area. Crews have been notified and service should be restored early next week. More information will be provided as it becomes available.

The Oaks reclaimed irrigation disruption

Toho has turned off reclaimed irrigation service to The Oaks community due to a leak in the system. Crews are expecting to have the needed parts for the repair by tomorrow morning and to have service restored by noon.
