Harmony area: Temporary water treatment change

Beginning August 5, 2024, Toho Water (Toho) will temporarily switch the disinfectant in your public water system from chloramines to free chlorine for routine maintenance of water quality in the distribution system. The documents section on this page includes the notice mailed to customers. 

West Vine Street lane closure between Sanibel Drive and North Orlando Avenue

Toho Water Authority is announcing the closure of the outside, eastbound lane on West Vine Street between Sanibel Drive and North Orlando Avenue for a sewer project (please see map below).

The project is scheduled to begin on July 29 and is expected to be completed in about two weeks. Please be advised that construction schedules may change due to weather and unforeseen circumstances. Access will be provided for local traffic and emergency services.

St. Cloud flushing schedule July 29 – August 2

Crews contracted with Toho Water Authority (Toho) will be flushing water lines in targeted areas of the City of St. Cloud the week of July 29 - August 2. The flushing area is where customers are likely to experience a temporary drop in water pressure and discolored water. Water pressure and clarity will return once flushing operations in the area are completed.

St. Cloud flushing schedule July 22 – July 26

Crews contracted with Toho Water Authority (Toho) will be flushing water lines in targeted areas of the City of St. Cloud the week of July 22 - July 26. The flushing area is where customers are likely to experience a temporary drop in water pressure and discolored water. Water pressure and clarity will return once flushing operations in the area are completed.

Formosa Gardens Boulevard closures

Toho Water Authority is announcing the following closures starting on July 15 for a sewer project:

St. Cloud flushing schedule July 15 – July 19

Crews contracted with Toho Water Authority (Toho) will be flushing water lines in targeted areas of the City of St. Cloud the week of July 15 - July 19. The flushing area is where customers are likely to experience a temporary drop in water pressure and discolored water. Water pressure and clarity will return once flushing operations in the area are completed.

Crews contracted with Toho Water Authority (Toho) will be flushing water lines in targeted areas of the City of St. Cloud the week of July 8-July 12. The flushing area is where customers are likely to experience a temporary drop in water pressure and discolored water. Water pressure and clarity will return once flushing operations in the area are completed.

The flushing area is where customers are likely to experience a temporary drop in water pressure and discolored water. Water pressure and clarity will return once flushing operations in the area are completed.

West Vine Street closures starting June 17

Toho Water Authority is announcing the following West Vine Street closures starting on June 17 for a sewer project (see map below):

Mill Run Boulevard area water line replacement project

Toho Water Authority will be conducting a water service line replacement project in the Mill Run Boulevard area (please see map and list of street names below). Work is expected to start on June 17 and be completed by January 2025. Residents will be notified with a door hanger before work commences in their area.
