Upgrade Your Irrigation, Save Water and Money with Toho’s Smart Irrigation Rebate
Homeowners across Toho Water Authority’s service area have a new opportunity to save water, reduce water bills, and improve the health of their landscapes—all while receiving a financial incentive. Toho Water Authority is offering a $145 Smart Irrigation Rebate for eligible residential customers who upgrade to an EPA WaterSense-labeled smart irrigation controller or add-on/plug-in an approved smart device.
Lifted: Patrick Street area precautionary boil water advisory in effect once service is restored

Oakwood Drive road closure
Toho Water Authority (Toho) is announcing that it has put in place a road closure to thru traffic on Oakwood Drive between Las Brisas Way and Silver Park Circle (please see map below). The closure is necessary for the safety of the traveling public and to conduct a sewer repair in the area.
The repair is expected to start the week of April 20 and be completed in about a week. Schedules could vary according to weather and other unforeseen circumstances.
Toho Water Authority Recognizes Winners of 2026 Drop Savers Art Contest
The Toho Water Authority (Toho) Board of Supervisors recognized the winners of its annual Drop Savers Art Contest during the April board meeting.
The contest, open to all students who live in or attend school within Toho’s service area, ran from December 2025 through February 2026. Its goal was to promote water conservation through creative expression. Students were encouraged to create artwork illustrating conservation themes or slogans.
Reclaimed irrigation outage in Tohoqua and US 192 area
Reclaimed irrigation customers in the Tohoqua and US 192 area may be experiencing a reclaimed irrigation outage. This is due to a contractor working in the area. Service is expected to be restored by 4 p.m.
Wyoming Avenue area planned service disruption and precautionary boil water advisory
04.20.26 - To contain the extent of the repairs, water service is being turned off earlier than the anticipated time of 10:30 a.m.

04.15.26 - Toho Water Authority (Toho) customers located in the following areas will experience a disruption of their water service starting at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, April 20:
Reopened: Road closure on Patrick Street for water line repair
4.15.26 @ 5:44 p.m. - Patrick Street has been reopened. While the road is open, a portion of the work area on Patrick Street has been sectioned off with traffic cones and a lane shift is in effect. Motorists and pedestrians are urged to use caution when approaching this area.

A road closure will take place on Patrick Street between S. Rose Avenue and S. Beaumont Avenue beginning at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, April 15 (please see map). The closure is necessary to conduct a water line repair in the area.
Old Lake Wilson Road and Champions Gate area flushing
In an effort to improve water quality, Toho Water Authority (Toho) will be carrying out data gathering in the Old Lake Wilson Road and Champions Gate areas (please see maps). This will require flushing the water lines. Flushing involves releasing water from either fire hydrants or automatic flushing devices on Toho’s distribution system.
Toho's Movie in the Park returns to St. Cloud
Kissimmee, Florida - Toho Water Authority (Toho) invites the community to join a special Movie in the Park event on Friday, April 17, at St. Cloud Lakefront Park located at 1104 Lakeshore Boulevard. Hosted in partnership with AdventHealth and the City of St. Cloud, the event will feature fun activities beginning at 6:30 p.m., followed by a screening of Happy Feet at 8:00 p.m. See the event flyer below.
