Lifted: Blackbird Way disruption of service & precautionary boil water advisory

Update - 2/26/26 - The advisory has been lifted. Customers are no longer advised to boil their water prior to consumption. Water filters do not need to be cleaned or replaced.

Kissimmee, Florida - Toho Water Authority (Toho) is announcing an unplanned disruption of service on Blackbird Way in Kissimmee. See map below. 

Lifted: Bay Lake Estates disruption of service & precautionary boil water advisory

Kissimmee, Florida (February 25, 2026) - The advisory has been lifted. Customers are no longer advised to boil their water prior to consumption. Water filters do not need to be cleaned or replaced.

Kissimmee, Florida  (February 23, 2026) - Toho Water Authority (Toho) is announcing an unplanned disruption of service in the Bay Lake Estates area on the following streets. See map below.

Lifted: Neptune Road precautionary boil water advisory

Update - 2/21/26 - The precautionary boil water advisory has been lifted. Customers are no longer advised to boil their water prior to consumption. Water filters do not need to be cleaned or replaced.

Update - 2/20/26 at 8:07 a.m. - Service has been restored. A precautionary boil water advisory is in effect until lifted by Toho.

Restored: Nolte Road area irrigation outage

Update: 2/18/25 at 7:54p.m. - service has been restored and customers should follow, their irrigation schedules.

Due to emergency repairs on an irrigation line break, customers may be experiencing a disruption to irrigation service in the Nolte Road area.

Re-Opened: Road closure on Nolte Road for line break

Update 2/19/26 at 8:54 a.m. - road repairs have been completed and the road has re-opened.

Update: 2/18/26 at 7:57 p.m. - repairs have been completed to the irrigation line break and irrigation services have been restored. 

Road restoration crews are onsite and the road is estimated to be re-opened by 3:00 a.m. Schedules could vary according to weather and other unforeseen circumstances.

Sewer system preventive maintenance night monitoring

As part of preventative maintenance, Toho has contracted with USSI LLC to identify leaks, defects and stormwater inflows in Toho’s sewer system. Starting the week of February 16-20 and March 2-6, USSI personnel will be conducting night monitoring between the hours of 11 p.m. and 5:30 a.m. Schedules may vary due to weather and unforeseen circumstances. Please see map below. 

Lifted: Palm Avenue and Oak Street area precautionary boil water advisory

02.12.26 - The precautionary boil water advisory has been lifted. Customers are no longer advised to boil their water prior to consumption. Water filters do not need to be cleaned or replaced.

02.06.26 - Toho Water Authority (Toho) customers located at 1005 N. Palm Avenue, 1603, 1607 and 1611 W. Oak Street will experience a disruption of their water service starting at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, February 10.

Reclaimed outage in Estancia, The Oaks, Osceola Village and Kissimmee Lake Front Park

Due to a leak, reclaimed irrigation services have been shut off to Estancia, The Oaks, Osceola Village and Kissimmee Lake Front Park. Repairs are underway and service is expected to be restored by 4 p.m. today. Schedules may change due to weather and unforeseen circumstances. Once service is restored, customers should follow, their irrigation schedules. 

Backflow service update

Due to the recent unprecedented weather event for our area, residential customers may be experiencing backflow-related issues affected by the freeze. Toho crews are actively responding. Response times may be impacted due to the unusually high demand for service.

To help address these issues as quickly as possible, we have enlisted the assistance of outside contractors. 

Lifted: N. Palm Avenue and W. Oak Street precautionary boil water advisory

02.06.26 -The precautionary boil water advisory has been lifted. Customers are no longer advised to boil their water prior to consumption. Water filters do not need to be cleaned or replaced.

02.05.26 - The precautionary boil water advisory remains in effect. Additional regulatory testing is taking place to make sure the water meets drinking water standards. An update will be provided by Friday, February 6.
