Elbridge Drive area closure for sewer project

Toho Water Authority (Toho) is announcing a road closure on Elbridge Drive near the Monterey Road intersection starting on Monday, April 28 (please see map below). 

This essential sewer replacement project will help ensure continued reliability and efficiency of the community’s wastewater system and replaces the temporary infrastructure that's been in place. A notice was delivered to residents in the immediate area seen in the documents section of this page. 

Westside Boulevard lane closure

4.23.25: Toho Water Authority (Toho) is announcing a southbound lane closure on Westside Boulevard near Roccella Court. The lane closure is necessary to conduct a sewer line repair in the area. 

The work is expected to be completed by 5 p.m., April 24. Schedules could vary according to weather and other unforeseen circumstances. 

Lifted - Once service is restored, a precautionary boil water advisory will be in effect for customers on Andes Way

Thursday, April 24, 2025 - The advisory has been lifted. Customers are no longer advised to boil their water prior to consumption.

Tuesday, April 22, 2025 - Toho Water Authority (Toho) is announcing that once service is restored, a precautionary boil water advisory will be in effect for customers located in Villas Del Castillo at the following addresses:  

Lifted - 2601-2637 Play Hard Aly disruption of service / precautionary boil water advisory

(4.19.25) - The advisory has been lifted. Customers are no longer advised to boil their water prior to consumption.

Kissimmee, Florida - Toho Water Authority (Toho) is announcing that once service is restored, a precautionary boil water advisory will be in effect for customers located in the Tohoqua Community on Play Hard Aly between Flourish Ave. and Tohoqua Blvd. 

The following houses are affected: 2601-2637 Play Hard Aly. 

Toho Water Authority announces winners of 2025 Drop Savers Calendar Contest

Kissimmee, FL – Toho Water Authority (Toho) is proud to announce the winners of the 2025 Drop Savers Calendar Contest, an annual initiative that inspires students to showcase their creativity and promote the importance of water conservation. This year’s contest drew nearly 800 entries from schools across Osceola County, reflecting students’ passion and innovation in supporting smart water use.

Lifted - Simpson Rd. & Pebble Pointe Way precautionary boil water advisory

Tuesday, April 22, 2025 - The advisory has been lifted. Customers are no longer advised to boil their water prior to consumption.

Sunday, April 20, 2025 - The precautionary boil water advisory has been extended. An update will be provided on Tuesday, April 22. In the meantime, regulatory testing will take place to make sure the water meets drinking water standards.

Lifted - 946 and 947 Savanna Drive precautionary boil water advisory

(04.16.25)- The advisory has been lifted. Customers are no longer advised to boil their water prior to consumption.

(04.14.25)- Toho Water Authority (Toho) has issued a precautionary boil water advisory for customers located at 946 and 947 Savanna Drive.

This is due to a loss in water pressure in the area. The precautionary boil water advisory will be in effect until lifted by Toho. 

Service Restored - the Oaks reclaimed irrigation outage

04.08.2025 - Reclaimed irrigation service has been restored. Customers should continue their assigned irrigation schedules.

For assistance setting irrigation timers and ensuring irrigation systems are working efficiently, customers may request a free irrigation evaluation. Please visit the Watering Days and Times section on tohowater.com for watering schedules and to request irrigation help.

(04.05.2025)  - The advisory has been lifted. Customers are no longer advised to boil their water prior to consumption.

(04.03.2025) - Toho Water Authority (Toho) has issued a precautionary boil water advisory for customers located at 947 and 946 Savanna Drive.

This is due to a loss in water pressure in the area. The precautionary boil water advisory will be in effect until lifted by Toho. 

Dyer Boulevard lane shift

4.2.25: Toho Water Authority (Toho) is announcing a southbound lane shift on Dyer Boulevard between Park Pond Way and Flora Boulevard (see map below.) The closure is necessary to conduct a sewer line repair in the area. 

The work is expected to be completed by noon, April 3. Schedules could vary according to weather and other unforeseen circumstances.
