Harmony area temporary water treatment change

Beginning November 2, 2026, Toho Water (Toho) will temporarily switch the disinfectant in your public water system from chloramines to free chlorine for routine maintenance of water quality in the distribution system. 

Lifted: Lions Court area precautionary boil water advisory

10.26.26 - The precautionary boil water advisory has been lifted. Customers are no longer advised to boil their water prior to consumption. Water filters do not need to be cleaned or replaced.

Juarez Drive area precautionary boil water advisory

10.28.26 - Service has been restored. The advisory is in effect.

10.22.25 - Toho Water Authority (Toho) customers located at 100, 104 and 108 Juarez Drive will experience a disruption of their water service starting at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, October 28 (see map below).

This interruption of service is necessary to replace a valve in the area. Service is expected to be restored by 1 p.m. Schedules could change due to weather and unforeseen circumstances.

Water valve exercising in the Lions Court area

Toho Water Authority will be exercising water valves in the Lions Court area in Kissimmee. This is to assess the valves for a future water line repair. The work will occur around 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 21. Customers may experience a temporary loss in water pressure for around a minute or so.

Dyer Blvd. northbound lane closure

10.20.26 @  9:20 a.m. - Repairs have been completed and the outside northbound lane on Dyer Blvd. has been reopened.

The closure is necessary to safely conduct a sewer line repair in the area. A timeframe for completed repairs is yet to be determined.

N. Thacker Avenue road closure

10.15.26 @  7:31 p.m. - Repairs have been completed and N. Thacker has been reopened.

Toho Water Authority (Toho) successfully completed a $218 million bond financing to support critical water and wastewater infrastructure investments, supported by AAA credit ratings with Stable Outlooks from both Fitch Ratings and S&P Global Ratings.
