05.01.26 - The advisory has been lifted. Customers are no longer advised to boil their water prior to consumption. Water filters do not need to be cleaned or replaced.

4.29.26 @ 2:00 p.m. - Service has been restored. A precautionary boil water advisory is now in effect.

Lifted: W. Vine Street/192 area precautionary boil water advisory

05.01.26 - The advisory has been lifted. Customers are no longer advised to boil their water prior to consumption. Water filters do not need to be cleaned or replaced.

4.29.26 @ 2:00 p.m. - Service has been restored. A precautionary boil water advisory is now in effect.

Road closure of westbound lanes on W. Vine Street/192 for water line repair

04.29.26 @ 6 p.m. -  The repairs have been completed and all lanes in the area have been reopened.

04.29.26 @ 9 a.m. -  Due to needed additional water line repairs, the roadway will remain closed until further notice. Crews are working as quickly as possible to complete repairs. Motorists should avoid the area and use alternate routes.

Mill Slough and Denn John area water pressure loss / precautionary boil water advisory

Update - 04.29.26 - The advisory has been lifted. Customers are no longer advised to boil their water prior to consumption. Water filters do not need to be cleaned or replaced.

Update - 04.27.26 at 3:07 p.m.: Once service is restored, Toho Water Authority (Toho) has issued a precautionary boil water advisory for customers located in the Mill Slough and Denn John area off Oak Hollow Drive. See map below.

04.25.26 - The advisory has been lifted. Customers are no longer advised to boil their water prior to consumption. Water filters do not need to be cleaned or replaced.

4.23.26 - Toho Water Authority (Toho) is announcing that once service is restored, a precautionary boil water advisory will be in effect for customers located from 802 - 820 Cardinal Way and 443 - 445 Cardinal Court.

Toho Water Authority (Toho) invites the community to attend Good Neighbor Day from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 16. This free family-friendly event offers an opportunity for residents to learn more about Toho’s services while enjoying interactive activities and refreshments. See event flyer below. 

Restored: Reclaimed irrigation outage in Nova Road & Lake Lizzie Drive area

4.23.26 @ 6:20 a.m. - Reclaimed irrigation service has been restored to customers in these neighborhoods.

Reclaimed irrigation customers in the neighborhoods listed below may be experiencing a reclaimed irrigation outage. 

Upgrade Your Irrigation, Save Water and Money with Toho’s Smart Irrigation Rebate

Homeowners across Toho Water Authority’s service area have a new opportunity to save water, reduce water bills, and improve the health of their landscapes—all while receiving a financial incentive. Toho Water Authority is offering a $145 Smart Irrigation Rebate for eligible residential customers who upgrade to an EPA WaterSense-labeled smart irrigation controller or add-on/plug-in an approved smart device.
