Toho Water earns multiple Top Workplaces honors in 2026

Toho Water Authority (Toho) continues to earn recognition as a leading employer, receiving multiple regional and national Top Workplace honors in 2026, including awards for workplace culture and professional development.

Most recently, Toho was named a Top Workplace by the Orlando Sentinel Media Group for the second consecutive year and fourth time overall. Recognized in the large organization category, Toho was among 134 Central Florida employers selected for the 2026 award. The utility previously earned the distinction in 2021 and 2022.

Lights, camera, community! Toho's Movie Night returns.

Grab a blanket, bring the family and get ready for a night of fun under the stars! Toho Water Authority's Movie Night series is back with a brand-new lineup of movies for the community to enjoy.

On Saturday, November 14, join Toho Water Authority, AdventHealth and the City of St. Cloud at the St. Cloud Lakefront for a free community movie night featuring fun activities, games, music, free popcorn and a special screening of Zootopia 2!

W. Bryan Street road closure

Toho Water (Toho) is announcing a road closure on W. Bryan Street near S. Beaumont Avenue starting at 3 p.m. on Friday, October 30 (please see map below). The closure is necessary to conduct a water line repair in the area.

The road is expected to reopen by 3 a.m. Schedules could vary according to weather and other unforeseen circumstances. 

18 S Orlando Avenue disruption of service/precautionary boil water advisory

Toho Water Authority (Toho) is announcing that a planned disruption of service will occur at 3 p.m. on Friday, October 30, for customers located at 18 S Orlando Avenue.

This is due for a needed repair on a water line in the area. Service is expected to be restored by 12 a.m. Schedules may change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. 

Buenaventura Boulevard area precautionary boil water advisory

10.28.26 - Toho Water Authority (Toho) has issued a precautionary boil water advisory for customers located in the following areas of Buenaventura Boulevard (see map below):

1851 Laurel Avenue precautionary boil water advisory

10.28.26 - Toho Water Authority (Toho) has issued a precautionary boil water advisory for customers located at 1851 Laurel Avenue in Poinciana (see map below).

This is due to a water line break in the area. The precautionary boil water advisory will be in effect until lifted by Toho. 

Laurel Avenue and Halibut Road area service disruption

Customers in the Laurel Avenue and Halibut Road area may be experiencing low water pressure. This is due to a possible water main break in the area. Crews have been dispatched. A timeframe for service restoration is yet to be determined.

Cypress Tree Trail area reclaimed irrigation outage

Customers in the Cypress Tree Trail area may be experiencing an outage to their reclaimed irrigation service. This is due to the City of Kissimmee conducting repairs on a storm drain in the area. To protect the area’s reclaimed irrigation infrastructure, service has been turned off while repairs take place. Repairs are expected to be completed by mid-November. Schedules may change due to weather and unforeseen circumstances. 

Magnolia at Westside and Solara Resort area flushing

Toho Water (Toho) will be conducting closed-circuit flushing activities in the Magnolia at Westside and Solara Resort areas starting Monday, October 26 (see map below). This is to enhance water appearance, odor, taste and quality. The activities will start in Magnolia at Westside and progress south to Solara Resort. 

The flushing activities will take place Monday- Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The activities are expected to be completed in three weeks. Schedules could vary due to weather and unforeseen circumstances. 

Lifted: Skyline Drive area precautionary boil water advisory

10.24.26 - The precautionary boil water advisory has been lifted. Customers are no longer advised to boil their water prior to consumption. Water filters do not need to be cleaned or replaced.
