At Toho, we are constantly investing in our community by continually upgrading our infrastructure (i.e., improving water treatment facilities, expanding underground pipelines, etc.) to better deliver safe, reliable service every day.

Cove at Story Lake reclaimed irrigation service disruption

Customers in the Cove at Storey Lake area in Kissimmee may be experiencing disruptions to reclaimed irrigation service. This is due to a car striking a reclaim meter. Crews are onsite. A timeframe for service restoration is yet to be determined. More information will be provided as it becomes available.   

Lindfields and Grand Palms Condo flushing activities

Toho Water Authority (Toho) is conducting closed-circuit flushing activities in the Lindfields and Grand Palms Condo areas (see map below). This is to enhance water appearance, odor, taste and quality. 

The flushing activities will take place Monday- Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The activities are expected to be completed by October 1. Schedules could vary due to weather and unforeseen circumstances. 

Lifted: Royal Palm Drive area precautionary boil water advisory

09.17.26 -The precautionary boil water advisory has been lifted. Customers are no longer advised to boil their water prior to consumption. Water filters do not need to be cleaned or replaced.

09.15.26 - Toho Water Authority (Toho) has issued a precautionary boil water advisory for customers located on Royal Palm Drive from Eden Lane to Simpson Road (see map below). This is due to a water line break caused by a contractor working in the area. 

Lifted: Holden Drive precautionary boil water advisory

09.13.26 -The precautionary boil water advisory has been lifted. Customers are no longer advised to boil their water prior to consumption. Water filters do not need to be cleaned or replaced.

09.10.26 - Toho Water Authority (Toho) is announcing that once service is restored, a precautionary boil water advisory will be in effect for customers located on Holden Drive (see map below).

09.10.26 - Toho Water Authority (Toho) has issued a precautionary boil water advisory for customers located at Knotts Lane (see map below).

Indian Ridge Trail area flushing activities

Toho Water Authority (Toho) will be conducting flushing activities starting on September 14 in the Indian Ridge Trail area. This is to enhance water appearance, odor, taste and quality. A letter was mailed to affected customers which is posted in the documents section of this page. 

The flushing activities will take from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and are expected to be completed by September 18. Schedules could vary due to weather and unforeseen circumstances. 

Restored: Gramercy Farms Boulevard irrigation service disruption

Service has been restored.

Customers in the Gramercy Farms Boulevard area in St. Cloud may be experiencing disruptions to reclaimed water irrigation service. Crews are onsite. A timeframe for service restoration is yet to be determined. More information will provided as it becomes available.   

Bellalago orthophosphate level public notice

This notice is to advise you that on August 3, 2026, one of the sampling locations in the Bellalago water distribution system did not meet the minimum required concentration for orthophosphate set by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP). The sample collected yielded a result of 0.14 mg/L which was below the required 0.7 mg/L for orthophosphate. 

Lifted: Ponca Road precautionary boil water advisory once service is restored

9.2.26 @ 12:05 p.m. - The precautionary boil water advisory has been lifted. Customers are no longer advised to boil their water prior to consumption. Water filters do not need to be cleaned or replaced.

8.31.26 @ 5:50 p.m. - Service has been restored. The precautionary boil water advisory is in effect.

Once service is restored, a precautionary boil water advisory will be in effect for customers located on Ponca Rd in Kissimmee (see map below).
