Lifted: Three Fountains Apartments precautionary boil water advisory

01.22.26 - The precautionary boil water advisory has been lifted. Customers are no longer advised to boil their water prior to consumption. Water filters do not need to be cleaned or replaced.

1.15.25 - Toho Water Authority (Toho) is announcing that a planned disruption of water service will occur at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, January 20, for residents located at the Three Fountains Apartments (2102 Fountain Blvd, Kissimmee). Please see map below.

Lifted: Acacia Tree Way precautionary boil water advisory

01.14.26 - The precautionary boil water advisory has been lifted. Customers are no longer advised to boil their water prior to consumption. Water filters do not need to be cleaned or replaced.

01.12.26 @ 3:16 p.m. -  Service has been restored. The precautionary boil water advisory is in effect.

Lifted: Toucan Court precautionary boil water advisory

01.11.26 - The precautionary boil water advisory has been lifted. Customers are no longer advised to boil their water prior to consumption. Water filters do not need to be cleaned or replaced.

01.10.26 - The precautionary boil water advisory has been extended. Regulatory testing continues. An update will be provided by Monday, January 12.

Lifted: Willow Park Court precautionary boil water advisory

01.07.25 - The precautionary boil water advisory has been lifted. Customers are no longer advised to boil their water prior to consumption. Water filters do not need to be cleaned or replaced.

01.05.25 -Toho Water Authority (Toho) is announcing that once service is restored, a precautionary boil water advisory will be in effect for customers located at the following addresses on Willow Park Court in Kissimmee (see map below). 

Split Oak Estates exit closure for Cyrils Drive

12.10.25 - Toho Water Authority is announcing that the Aversa Avenue exit from Split Oak Estates for Cyrils Drive will be closed starting at 9 a.m. on Monday, December 15 (see map below).  The closure is necessary to conduct a reclaimed water extension project.

Construction Timeline

The project is expected to be completed by Wednesday, December 17.  The timeline remains subject to change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Toho offices closed for Thanksgiving holiday

Toho's Kissimmee and St. Cloud offices will be closed Thursday, Nov. 27 and Friday, Nov 28 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. Regular business hours will resume at 8 a.m. Monday, Dec. 1.

St. Cloud area flushing activities

Toho Water Authority (Toho) will be conducting closed-circuit flushing activities starting on Monday, November 17, in the St. Cloud area north of 17th Street between Florida Avenue and Brown Chapel Road (please see map below). This is to enhance water appearance, odor, taste and quality. 

The flushing activities will move from east to west and will take place Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. They are expected to be completed by mid-February 2026. Schedules could vary due to weather and unforeseen circumstances. The flushing schedule is as follows:

Solivita community backflow replacement project

02.16.26 - The backflow replacement project in Solivita has been paused to repair the backflows that were affected by the recent extreme cold weather in Toho’s service area. The replacement activities are expected to resume in the next month or so and should be completed in a few months. Schedules may change due to weather and unforeseen circumstances.

Toho offices closed for Veteran's Day holiday

Toho's Customer Service Center in St. Cloud and our Administration building in Kissimmee will be closed Tuesday, Nov. 11, in observance of Veteran's Day. Regular business hours will resume at 8 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 12.

Sewer smoke tests

Toho has contracted with USSI LLC to conduct smoke tests on the sewer infrastructure in the service area. This safe preventative maintenance test will help identify leaks, defects and stormwater inflows in Toho’s sewer system, thereby improving wastewater treatment operations and efficiency.
