US 17 and Isleta Loop service disruption

Customers in the US 17/Orange Blossom Trail and Isleta Loop area may be experiencing a loss in water pressure. This is due to a water main break in the area. A timeline for service restoration is yet to be determined. 

Cyrils Drive area conclusion of temporary treatment change

Beginning Monday, August 31, 2026, Toho Water Authority (Toho) will return to using chloramines as the disinfectant used in the public water system serving the Cyrils Drive area. This process takes approximately 5 to 7 days concluding the routine maintenance of using free chlorine as a disinfectant in the distribution system.  

Lifted: 7601 – 7627 Heritage Crossing Way precautionary boil water advisory

09/02/26 - The precautionary boil water advisory has been lifted. Customers are no longer advised to boil their water prior to consumption. Water filters do not need to be cleaned or replaced.

Road closure on Snail Kite Avenue

A road closure is in effect on Snail Kite Avenue between Salamander Street and Southern Vista Loop in St. Cloud (please see map). The closure is necessary to conduct a manhole repair in the area.

The project is expected to be completed by Wednesday, August 26. Schedules could vary according to weather and other unforeseen circumstances.  

Access will be provided for local traffic and emergency services.

Road closure on 16th Street and lane shift on Vermont Avenue

8.21.26 @ 7:15 a.m. - Crews have completed water line repairs and both 16th Street and Vermont Avenue have been reopened.

A road closure is in effect for 16th Street in St. Cloud. In addition, there is a lane shift in the northbound lane of Vermont Avenue (see map below). The closure and lane shift are necessary to conduct water line repairs. 

An estimated time of completion has yet to be determined. Schedules could vary according to weather and other unforeseen circumstances.

8.22.26 @ 9 a.m. - The precautionary boil water advisory has been lifted. Customers are no longer advised to boil their water prior to consumption. Water filters do not need to be cleaned or replaced.

Customers in the Vermont Avenue area in St. Cloud may be experiencing disruptions to service or low water pressure. A timeframe for service restoration is yet to be determined. Crews are onsite and more information will provided as it becomes available.  

San Lorenzo Road and San Miguel Road sewer assessment

Toho Water (Toho) will be conducting an assessment of the sewer system in the areas of San Lorenzo Road and San Miguel Road starting on Monday, August 24 (see map below). The assessment is necessary to gather information for the needed repairs on the area’s sewer system.
