Split Oak Estates irrigation services conversion update

Toho Water Authority (Toho) would like to inform you that the cross-connection inspection process has been completed with no cross-connections identified. Beginning Monday, May 11, Toho will begin the process of converting the irrigation service from potable water to reclaimed water. The conversion is expected to be completed by Friday, May 15.

Letters were mailed to customers informing them of this conversion found in the documents section of this page.

Aversa Avenue lane closure

Toho crews will be working on Aversa Avenue to make the conversion. For traNic and pedestrian safety, the exit on Aversa Avenue for Cyrils Drive will be closed Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. as shown in graphic below.

Once the conversion is completed, area restoration will be completed in about two weeks. Schedules may change due to weather and unforeseen circumstances.

What to expect

Customers are not expected to experience service interruption during the conversion work. Once the conversion is completed, the irrigation service will be provided with reclaimed water. Customers using wells for irrigation are not aNected by this change.

Costs

Customers will not incur any costs related to this conversion and rates will not change as a result of this conversion.
