Marigold Avenue new sewer line project

Toho Water Authority (Toho) has hired Murphy’s Pipeline Contractors to install a sewer line along Marigold Avenue between Maison Boulevard and finishing just on the other side of Cypress Parkway. The new sewer line will add capacity and resiliency to the area’s wastewater distribution system.

The new pipe will be pulled through underground from an excavated entry point on Marigold Avenue and finish at an excavated exit point on the other side of Cypress Parkway (please see attached map). Most work will occur in the right way of way.

Work is expected to begin the week of August 25 with equipment staging and preparation work occurring this week. The project has been designed to minimize impact to the area and traffic. Most work will take place during off-peak hours from Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Schedules may change due to weather and unforeseen circumstances.

Please see road closure details below.

Road closures
