Parkway Water Reuse Facility Expansion

Investing in Our Future: Parkway Water Reuse Facility Expansion

Great news! We are expanding the Parkway Water Reuse Facility to better serve our growing community.

This major upgrade will significantly increase our capacity to produce high-quality reclaimed (recycled) water for lawn and landscape irrigation, helping conserve our precious local water resources for years to come. Rolled out over two phases, this project will more than double output at this facility and reinforce our investment in sustainable solutions for our community's future.

The project will roll out in two planned phases:

  • Phase I (2026–2028): Expands capacity from 1.5 million to 2.0 million gallons per day (enough to fill over 3 Olympic-sized swimming pools every single day).
  • Phase II (Future): Further increases capacity up to 3.5 million gallons per day (bringing our total production equivalent to over 5 Olympic-sized swimming pools daily).
