Harmony Water Reclamation Facility Expansion

Harmony Water Reclamation Facility

Caring for Our Green Spaces, Protecting Our Future

Toho is deeply committed to protecting our local environment and helping our beautiful community thrive. Water is a precious resource, and making the most of every drop helps keep our neighborhoods green, vibrant, and resilient for generations to come.

To better serve our community, we are thoughtfully expanding our Harmony Water Reclamation Facility to substantially increase the amount of recycled water we can treat in phases:

  • Phase I: Capacity will increase from 750,000 gallons a day up to 2 million gallons (roughly three Olympic-sized pools)
  • Phase II: We plan to reach 4 million gallons a day beyond 2028 (exactly the same amount as held by the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool, which is one-third of a mile long)

2026

Expansion began in June of this year

2029

This project is scheduled to finish in December of this year

$72 M
