Water and wastewater FDEP permits
The permitting forms should be filled out and sealed by the engineer of record and submitted to Toho for processing and signature. Once this process has been completed the permitting forms can be submitted to FDEP. Upon request, Toho will provide permit application templates that include all required Toho information to assist you in completing your FDEP permit application.
