Cypress Tree Trail precautionary boil water advisory

11.5.26 - Toho Water Authority (Toho) is announcing that once service is restored, a precautionary boil water advisory will be in effect for customers on Cypress Tree Trail in St. Cloud. Customers within the advisory area are:

  • 2570 Cypress Tree Trail
  • 2590 Cypress Tree Trail
  • 2610 Cypress Tree Trail
  • 2630 Cypress Tree Trail
  • 2650 Cypress Tree Trail

This is due to a water line repair caused by contractor work in the area. A time for service restoration has yet to be determined. Schedules may change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Once service is restored, customers are advised as a precautionary measure to boil their water for one minute prior to consumption (drinking, cooking, making ice, brushing teeth or washing dishes). This includes filtered water. As an alternative bottled water may be used. Water used for laundry or bathing/showering does not need to be boiled.

The precautionary boil water advisory will be in effect until lifted by Toho.

Once service is restored, a two-day minimum of regulatory testing is required to make sure the water meets drinking water standards. An update will be provided by Saturday, November 7.
