Get your paint on! Toho's Creativity Flows Here Mural Program open now.

Toho Water is launching the Creativity Flows Here Mural Program, a two-year community initiative that invites six high school seniors from within the Toho Water service area to design and paint six murals that will be displayed in the Toho Water Administration Building in Kissimmee.

This year three students will have the opportunity to bring their art to a larger canvas and depict the following theme: History of Toho & Water Operations.

These installations will become permanent fixtures in Toho’s administration building, viewed daily by employees, partners, community visitors, elected leaders, and future generations.

Important Information:

Applicants must be able to attend two sketching and painting days. This will take place at 9 AM–2 PM on October 25 and Nov. 14.
Mediums allowed: acrylic paint, paint pens and selected mixed media if approved.
Mural Theme: History of Toho & Water Operation.
Mural Dimensions:
6-7 ft. from floor.
3 ft. X 79 1/2 length canvas centered on floor 2-4 (on both east and west entrances.)

Program Benefits:

Selected student artists will receive:
$250 art supply stipend (issued upon selection)
$750 scholarship award (issued upon completion and unveiling)
Featured inclusion across Toho Water Authority platforms and social media, and a permanent plaque to be installed beside the artwork, including the artist’s name and school.

Alignment to theme
Creativity & originality
Technical skill and feasibility
Storytelling or message impact
