Northwest Water Treatment Plant Expansion

Northwest Facility

Keeping Our Neighborhoods Safe, Resilient, and Green

To Toho, nothing is more important than the safety, peace of mind, and well-being of the families we serve. We’re pleased to share details about our upcoming Northwest Water Treatment Plant Expansion—a project thoughtfully designed to enhance fire protection and improve daily water services across our community.

Every upgrade we make is an investment in a safer, more sustainable environment for you and all of our neighbors.

How These Improvements Support Our Community:

  • Stronger, Safer Neighborhood Fire Protection: We are building a new ground storage tank to hold extra water reserves. This ensures our local emergency services and fire hydrants always have a strong, steady, and reliable water supply whenever it’s needed most.
  • Safer Working Conditions for Our Team: Upgrading to a new above-ground flow meter assembly allows our dedicated technicians to monitor water systems more safely and efficiently.
  • Smarter, greener Irrigation: By improving our flow monitoring, we’re optimizing the delivery of recycled water for irrigation, helping keep our community’s lawns, parks, and green spaces lush while conserving our precious water resources.
