Whether you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, or tackling everyday challenges, a career as a Utility Worker at Toho could be the perfect fit. No experience is necessary—we provide all required training, including licensing, certifications, and hands-on skill development.

We welcome all individuals who are ready to work hard, learn, and grow with us.

What to expect at the event:

  • Live Demonstrations – See our team in action using the tools and technology involved in everyday utility work including:
    • Robotic cameras to detect underground leaks
    • Heavy machinery, hand and power tools
    • Water line access and maintenance techniques
  • Team Meet & Greets – connect with current team members and supervisors.  Learn what it’s really like to work at Toho and ask any questions you have.
  • Onsite Interviews –interview on the spot. Pre-application is encouraged but not required—walk-ins are welcome!
