12.10.25 - Toho Water Authority is announcing that the Aversa Avenue exit from Split Oak Estates for Cyrils Drive will be closed starting at 9 a.m. on Monday, December 15 (see map below). The closure is necessary to conduct a reclaimed water extension project.
The project is expected to be completed by Wednesday, December 17. The timeline remains subject to change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
The traveling public should use the exits from Split Oaks Estates on Miller Street and Potenza Drive. If permitting, the Versa Avenue exit will reopen by 5 p.m. while the project is underway. Motorists and pedestrians are urged to use caution when approaching work areas, as workers will be present and roads/sidewalks may be closed and possibly diverted.
Homeowners can expect temporary traffic disruptions and visible construction activity in the Aversa Avenue area, including heavy equipment and staging areas. Potable water and irrigation services will not be interrupted during the project.
Residents with questions about the project may contact Toho Water Authority's Customer Service team at 407-944-5000 or customerservice@tohowater.com.
