Sewer system preventive maintenance night monitoring

As part of preventative maintenance, Toho has contracted with USSI LLC to identify leaks, defects and stormwater inflows in Toho’s sewer system. Starting the week of February 16-20 and March 2-6, USSI personnel will be conducting night monitoring between the hours of 11 p.m. and 5:30 a.m. Schedules may vary due to weather and unforeseen circumstances. Please see map below.

Work areas

  • Downtown City of St. Cloud and East Lake Shore Boulevard
  • Solivita and Poinciana
  • West Carroll Street
  • North Hoagland Boulevard
  • Greenskeeper Drive

During this time, its crew will be opening manholes to observe and monitor sewer flow levels.

For everyone’s safety, area residents may see USSI marked vehicles parked with flashers on and crew members walking the area with flashlights while opening manholes.

If you have any questions, please call Toho’s customer service 407-944-5000. Any updates will be posted to this page as well.
