The Oaks subdivision sewer improvements project

Toho Water Authority (Toho) is performing critical improvements to the sewer system in The Oaks subdivision. These infrastructure upgrades are essential to maintaining reliable wastewater service in your community.

The improvements are underway and are expected to be completed by the end of November 2025 along with area restoration. Schedules may change to weather and unforeseen circumstances. Please see tentative schedule and details below. 

Tentative project schedule 

  • July 7-18: The Oaks Blvd east of Ironwood Way
  • July 21-August 1: The Oaks Blvd west of Ironwood Way
  • August 4-15: The Oaks Blvd west of Fairway Loop
  • August 18-29: The Oaks Blvd west of Brassie Court
  • September 2-26: The Oaks Blvd east of Pitch Way
  • September 22: October 17: Area manhole work
  • October 20-November 14: Area restoration

No road closures are expected during the project schedule. Access to homes and driveways will be maintained throughout the project. 

Motorists and pedestrians are urged to use caution when approaching work areas, as workers will be present and sidewalks may be closed and diverted. Signage will be placed as needed to keep the traveling public informed of the project.
