Yes, Toho Water Authority has streamlined its phone menu for its customers. We all know how frustrating it can be navigating through extensive menus that go on and on. With our expanded customer service call center, we have created a short and easy phone menu to meet all your customer service needs. It's so easy we've listed it below.

Main Menu

Press 1 for Water/Sewer related emergencies

Press 2 for customer service and all other inquiries

Press * for a company directory

Customer Service Menu

Press 1 to pay your bill

Press 2 to register your online account

Press 3 if you are an existing customer and have a bill inquiry

Press 4 to start, stop or move your service

Press 5 for all other inquiries
