What works best for you 

Toho Water Authority offers a variety of ways for customers to pay their water bill. On this page you will find the different methods of payment available and if they incur any convenience fees or are free of any additional fees.  Please note that Toho does NOT receive any portion of the convenience fees.

PLEASE NOTE: To ensure privacy, security and customer service efficiency, Toho Water Authority facilities are not equipped to accept walk-in or drop-off payments.

​By visiting the Toho Water Authority website you can make a one-time or recurring payment using an eCheck, Debit or Credit Card. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please have your account number available.

Toho Water Authority has partnered with several payment service providers. Customers can now pay their water bill at any Amscot location or wherever MoneyGram is accepted. Amscot and MoneyGram will only accept cash as a form of payment. A $1.25 convenience fee will be charged to the customer for this transaction. Toho does NOT receive any portion of this convenience fee. Please bring your remittance slip to the payment location.

Customers should be aware that the online payment provider doxo.com is not affiliated with Toho Water Authority. Using payment companies not affiliated with Toho Water Authority could delay your payment and incur additional fees. Customers should only use the methods of payment listed on our Ways To Pay section at www.tohowater.com. Bill2Pay is our official online payment partner.
