Toho Water Authority offers a variety of ways for customers to pay their water bill. On this page you will find the different methods of payment available and if they incur any convenience fees or are free of any additional fees. Please note that Toho does NOT receive any portion of the convenience fees.
CAN'T PAY YOUR WATER BILL? Don’t let it go past due. Apply for a payment extension.
PAYMENTS EXCEEDING $1,000: If you are currently using a credit card
for one-time or recurring payments and your bill amount exceeds $1,000 we are
unable to process your payment. To avoid being delinquent and receiving
possible late fee penalties we recommend updating your payment options.
PLEASE NOTE: To ensure privacy, security and customer service efficiency, Toho Water Authority facilities are not equipped to accept walk-in or drop-off payments.
