Welcome to our Start Stop Move online application. Use this application when you wish to start or stop your water service with us. If you are moving to another address within our service area you can also use this application. Going to be away from your home for more than 30 days? Use this application to place your home on vacation status.

Please Note: Move dates must be at least 3 business days from the current date but no more than 14 days from the current date.  Service may not be initiated on holidays or weekends.

Applications submitted without move date information will be processed for the 3rd business day from the date the application is received.
