SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT CHARGES

Attention: If you are a private resident and own or are planning to buy a vacant lot to build your new home you are likely required to pay system development charges (i.e. impact fees). Please contact customer service at 407-944-5000 and ask for information about “system development charges.” They will provide information to help your planning process.​​
