Can’t pay your water bill? Don’t let it go past due. Apply for a payment extension.
Terms and Conditions
A payment extension request must be submitted no later than 7 days after your bill’s due date and must be received before 5 p.m. (Monday-Friday). Submitting a request after this will not be processed and the account will become delinquent. Delinquent accounts are assessed a $50 fee and can be subject to interruption of services.
The payment extension is not confirmed until Toho Water Authority notifies the customer by email.
A payment extension will be set up for the past due balance on the account mentioned in the request.
A payment extension will be extended for a maximum of 17 days past the original due date of the bill.
