Can’t pay your water bill? Don’t let it go past due. Apply for a payment extension.
Terms and Conditions
A payment extension request must be submitted no later than 7 days after your bill’s due date and must be received before 5 p.m. (Monday-Friday). Submitting a request after this will not be processed and the account will become delinquent. Accounts that become delinquent and are processed for disconnect will be assessed a $50.00 fee. Customers must notify our call center at 407-944-5000 that the account has been paid in full if the payment was made through an Amscot or MoneyGram location.
The payment extension is not confirmed until Toho Water Authority notifies the customer by email.
A payment extension will be set up for the past due balance on the account mentioned in the request.
A payment extension will be extended for a maximum of 17 days past the original due date of the bill.
