WATER USAGE ANALYSIS

Using too much water?

Have you recently noticed a dramatic increase in your water usage? Are you a Toho Water Authority residential customer? Call us to receive a free water usage analysis. If our conservation specialists detect a dramatic increase in your water usage, they'll schedule with you an onsite visit of your home. At your home they will try and locate the reasons for the increase in water usage at no cost to you.

Inside the home

 All the fixtures inside your home will be checked for water efficiency.

  • Kitchen
  • Bathroom
  • Laundry

If needed customers will be given free of charge replacement faucet aerators, low-flow showerheads and toilet flappers.

Outside the home

The irrigation system will be checked for leaks and breaks. The system controller will be checked for correct settings. Customers will receive a report containing the following:

  • Description and location of system issues
  • Scheduling recommendations
  • Rebate and incentive program information
  • How to properly program the controller

If needed, customers will be supplied with a free rain sensor.  Customers will be responsible for installing this sensor within two weeks of receiving sensor or system check.
