Bruce R. Van Meter, Chairperson

Bruce R. Van Meter, Board Supervisor 5, is Chairperson of the Issuer. Mr. Van Meter is Chief Financial Officer of 20/20 Media Holdings, Inc. in charge of financial reporting, accounts receivable, accounts payable and human resources. Mr. Van Meter graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Science degree and brings 25 years of experience in the area of finance and human resources. Mr. Van Meter served as a City of Kissimmee Commissioner from 1980-88 and served as the City's Mayor from 1988-1990. He served from 1985 to 1987 as the founding Board Chairman of Kissimmee Utility Authority, which operates the City’s electric utility, and as Ex-officio Board Member/Mayor 1988-90. Mr. Van Meter has experience in customer service and financial accounting.

James W. Wells, Jr.

Jim Wells, Vice Chairperson and Board Supervisor 3, a registered Professional Engineer in Florida, is employed with Heritage Engineering Consultants, LLC. Mr. Wells graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree and has worked extensively in the engineering field. Mr. Wells served as a City of Kissimmee Commissioner from 1983-1987 and currently serves on the Osceola County School Board Business Advisory Committee.

John C. Reich

John C. Reich, Board Supervisor 4, is owner of Reich Properties, a development firm for commercial real estate projects. Mr. Reich graduated from Tulane University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and has expertise in the field of commercial real estate. Mr. Reich was a Vice President with SunTrust Bank from 1987 through 1992 serving in the capacity of Commercial Real Estate Lender. Mr. Reich has served as Chairman of the City of Kissimmee Planning Advisory Board since 1994.

John E. Moody is President of Osceola Engineering, Inc., an engineering firm with offices in Osceola County and is a registered professional engineer in the State of Florida. Mr. Moody graduated from University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He currently serves on the City of St. Cloud Historic Preservation Board, the First United Methodist Church of Kissimmee Building Board and as a Board Member of the University of Central Florida Golden Knights Club.

Fernando Valverde, Board Supervisor 6, possesses a BBA with a major in Business Management and a minor in accounting. Mr. Valverde, a decorated Vietnam veteran possesses 32 years experience in public relations and is accredited in Public Relations and a designated Fellow PRSA by the Public Relations Society of America. He is a member of the Solivita Advisory Board, the Polk County Republican Executive Committee (PCREC), Polk County Government TV Advisory Council, Friends of Poinciana Library, the Polk County Sheriff’s Advisory Council and the Poinciana Area Council.
