What works best for you 

Toho Water Authority offers a variety of ways for customers to pay their water bill. On this page you will find the different methods of payment available and if they incur any convenience fees or are free of any additional fees.  Please note that Toho does NOT receive any portion of the convenience fees.


CAN'T PAY YOUR WATER BILL? Don’t let it go past due. Apply for a payment extension. 


PAYMENTS EXCEEDING $1,000: If you are currently using a credit card for one-time or recurring payments and your bill amount exceeds $1,000 we are unable to process your payment. To avoid being delinquent and receiving possible late fee penalties we recommend updating your payment options.


PLEASE NOTE: To ensure privacy, security and customer service efficiency, Toho Water Authority facilities are not equipped to accept walk-in or drop-off payments.

​By visiting the Toho Water Authority website you can make a one-time or recurring payment using an eCheck, Debit or Credit Card. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please have your account number available.

Please note: To avoid late fees, allow enough time for your payment to get to us. We need to receive and process your payment before the end of the day on the date it is due. If you don't think your payment will be mailed to us in time, please use one of our other payment methods.

Toho Water Authority has partnered with several payment service providers. Customers can now pay their water bill at any Amscot location or wherever MoneyGram is accepted. Amscot and MoneyGram will only accept cash as a form of payment. A $1.25 convenience fee will be charged to the customer for this transaction. Toho does NOT receive any portion of this convenience fee. Please bring your remittance slip to the payment location.

Using could delay your online payments

Customers should be aware that the online payment provider is not affiliated with Toho Water Authority. Using payment companies not affiliated with Toho Water Authority could delay your payment and incur additional fees. Customers should only use the methods of payment listed on our Ways To Pay section at Bill2Pay is our official online payment partner.
